Shipping Costs

We offer insured shipping to the following countries:

  • Austria: €5.90 (insured shipping). Free shipping on orders over €89.00.

  • Germany: €9.90 (insured shipping). Free shipping on orders over €89.00.

  • EU Zone 1: €14.90 (insured shipping). (Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Croatia, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary)

Processing & Delivery Times

Since all products are individually and carefully handcrafted for you after your order is placed, our delivery times are as follows:

  • Processing Time: approx. 4–6 business days.

  • Bulk Orders (more than 10 products): up to 10 business days.

  • Dispatch: Your order will be shipped immediately after completion.

Note: During seasonal peak periods (e.g., before Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Partners

We ship our packages with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post) and DPD. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.
