General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General Provisions

Status of GTC: 05.03.2026

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to orders, sales, and deliveries of products ("Products") offered and distributed in this webshop ("Webshop") via the website https://sticker-ei.at. The provider is Milan Nador, Ernst-Jandl-Weg 6/44, 1220 Vienna, Austria.

1.2. The contract language is German. (Note: This English version is provided for information purposes).

2. Scope of Application

2.1. These GTC apply if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of Section 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) ("Customer").

3. Changes to the GTC

3.1. The provider reserves the right to change these GTC. For the sale of products, the GTC valid at the time of the conclusion of the purchase shall apply.

4. Customer Account

4.1. To order products, the customer can create a customer account in the webshop. Ordering as a guest without a customer account is also possible.

5. Order and Conclusion of Contract

5.1. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

  • Selection of the desired goods (including configuration/personalization, if applicable)

  • Adding the goods to the shopping cart

  • Entering personal data

  • Selecting the payment and delivery method

  • Reviewing and, if necessary, correcting the order

  • Binding submission of the order by clicking the button "order with obligation to pay"

5.2. The products displayed in the webshop constitute an invitation to the customer to make an offer. Images are considered approximate values unless they are explicitly stated as a fixed value. The customer accepts minor, objectively justified changes (e.g., minimal color deviations in embroidery threads).

5.3. Confirmation of receipt of the order does not yet constitute acceptance.

5.4. Acceptance occurs through the transmission of an order or shipping confirmation or through a request for payment by Milan Nador. The customer is bound to their offer for two days. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

5.5. The customer agrees to receive an electronic invoice.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. All prices quoted are in Euro including the statutory value-added tax (VAT), but excluding shipping costs.

6.2. Payment can be made via the following payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Credit Card, Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer), Google Pay, Shop Pay, EPS.

6.3. Shipping costs are explicitly stated before the order is submitted and in the order confirmation.

7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery dates result from the information in the webshop and our "Shipping" page. Unless a specific period is stated there, delivery shall take place within 30 days at the latest.

7.2. In the event of force majeure, the delivery date shall be extended accordingly.

8. Retention of Title

8.1. The products remain the property of the provider until full payment of the purchase price and all incidental costs has been made.

9. Warranty and Liability

9.1. Statutory warranty regulations apply. Complaints should be directed to info@sticker-ei.at.

9.2. Liability for damages caused by slight negligence (excluding personal injury and primary contractual obligations) is excluded. This does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent.
