All products are custom-made with great care after an order is placed. As embroidery is a craft process, our process follows these steps:

1. Order & Data Check: After your order is completed, we check your uploaded design for embroiderability.
2. Digital Preview: You will receive a digital preview of your design via email within 1–3 business days. Here you will see how we may have adjusted details or colors to achieve an optimal embroidery result.
3. Your Approval: Production only begins once you are satisfied with the preview and give us your "go-ahead".
4. Production: The processing time, starting from your approval, is between 6–14 business days, depending on the order quantity.
5. Shipping: Your goods will be shipped immediately after completion.

Slight color variations between the product photo and the original are possible, as fabric colors can vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, batch and screen settings.

Personalized items are manufactured individually according to customer specifications.

Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for these products unless there is a product or manufacturing defect.

Non-personalized items can be cancelled, returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt .
