🧺 Application & Care

Applying the patches is incredibly easy! Detailed ironing instructions are included with every order. The patches are suitable for most heat-resistant fabrics. We recommend gentle washing to ensure the embroidery stays beautiful for a long time.

The patch is permanently fixed by ironing!

Ironing press: approx. 140 °C, 10–15 seconds, medium pressure.
Hand iron: Level 3, 10–15 seconds, strong pressure.

Tip: For better durability, iron the appliqué from both the right and left sides of the fabric.

Final adhesion is achieved after a 48-hour resting period. Do not wash for 48 hours!

Important: Always use silicone paper or baking paper!

All products are individually made to order with great care .

The processing time is approximately 4–6 working days .

Shipping takes place immediately after the order is completed .

The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping provider and the delivery country.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume or seasonal peaks.

Slight color variations between the product photo and the original are possible, as fabric colors can vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, batch and screen settings.

Personalized items are manufactured individually according to customer specifications.

Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for these products unless there is a product or manufacturing defect.

Non-personalized items can be cancelled, returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt .
